Worldwide Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders.
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Order Processing & Production

• In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 days after payment.
• Made-to-order and out-of-stock items typically require 15–20 days for production before dispatch.
• International delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Working Hours & Time Zone
Orders are processed daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Kyiv local time (Ukraine).
For our international customers, please note the time difference:

• Summer: UTC+3 (Eastern European Summer Time, EEST)
• Winter: UTC+2 (Eastern European Time, EET)

Delivery Within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are delivered via Nova Poshta to a branch, parcel locker, or directly to your address by courier. Shipping is free.

All orders, both domestic and international, are processed and shipped after full payment has been received.
