Care and warranty

The service life of the jewelry is unlimited, but its appearance will depend on it’s gentle care.

Our recommendation is to protect the Umbra Mortis jewelry from contacting with salt water, perfumes, cosmetics and detergents; take off before pool or gym sessions, shower or sauna.
Keep our jewelry in branded bags or boxes, separately from other jewelry - and it will last you a long time.

Warranty repair is provided within six months from the date of purchase. It does not include replacement of lost or damaged items. The warranty applies to products that meet the following requirements: 1) the item wasn’t mechanically damaged, doesn’t have traces of alkaline detergents, as well as products containing chlorine and iodine, creams and ointments; 2) wasn’t adjusted in private jewelry workshops.

After the expiration of six months from the date of purchase, the repair of the product is paid by the customer.

Return and exchange

Jewelry of a proper quality is non-refundable, so please choose carefully and consciously.

However, we are ready to meet our customers halfway and exchange the purchased item for another one within 7 days from the moment of the delivery and only in case the size is not correct. It is possible if the product has no traces of use and the individual packaging is not damaged.

There is a $30 fee to exchange your bracelet. It will be your responsibility to ship your bracelet back to us. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
